Roasted Asparagus

Serves4

We were told by a local renowned chef that the best way to cook asparagus is the simplest.

Cook (200 C, gas mark 6) for 10 minutes.

Remove and top with some shavings of Parmesan. Or you could add some slices of Parma ham and a glug of balsamic vinegar. The choice is yours but the flavour of the asparagus will complement them all.
